Delani and Lewis were great. Sorted a tenant really quickly for me, kept me informed and up to date. Slight hiccup from my end on day of move in for the new tenants but both Delani and Lewis were super helpful in explaining the situation to the new tenants who were happy to move in and allow me time to fix the issues once they were in. Overall experience was quick, honest, open and supportive to me as the landlord and the new tenants. Great job, thanks both!

The decision to let the property instead of selling it would not happen if we hadn’t had a chat with Lewis Mclean from Your-Move’s Leicester branch. He has been super helpful and patient with us, answering a tone of questions asked via email (ultra-prompt response) or even several times when we just popped into his office. In 15 days since the property was advertised, the letting was agreed, the paperwork was sorted and the tenant moved in. We were kept informed about each phase of this process: when the advert came alive, perspective tenants’ viewings, when and by whom the deposit was paid, when the references were obtained, etc. I would definitely recommend Lewis to anyone interested in letting the property in Leicester.

I wouldn't recommend them after our experience. The communication has been of assurance but no action. The experience has been of false promises and misinformation. We were moved to a property which has mould issues in spite of assuring at the time of the viewing that it will be resolved. And still waiting to be resolved after over a month moved in to this property. Things were faulty but agent didn't inform and now they are completely broken. No action or solutions to any problems. I hope future tenants read this and don't face the same problems we are facing. We are almost in the process of filling an official complaint to their headoffice.

We had Your Move to sell our property. The experience was not the best to start with, very poor service until the new Manger Abi Laney took over. Within a week of her starting she had managed to sort all issues out and we finally had all in place for our sale to complete. Abi is very professional, approachable and completed tasks she said she was going to do. We are so thankful she came along, otherwise we probably would have lost our house we wanted. Jitesh the financial advisor was fantastic too and could not fault his service. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the bumpy ride to start with.

When my current tenant gave notice, I contacted the office as usual and was introduced to Lewis for the first time.
