GoogleCalled to book a viewing.. took 3 weeks to view to find out it was sold. very dissopinting
Sorry to hear about this. Sometimes our corporate clients ask us to place viewings on hold until offers are considered yet properties are still advertised for sale. I understand this is frustrating and we will pass on your feedback to the corporate clients we represent.

GoogleNightmare of a company. Not helpful at all. Ignore your calls/emails.
Thank you for your review. As we said, our contractors are not able to come and replace light bulbs for tenants especially during lock down as it's not classed as an essential repair. We apologise if you felt you were ignored, we did explain the situation and explained replacing bulbs is tenant responsibility.
