Hi Muhammad, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Our buyers fees range from £1074 (inclusive of VAT) to 4.8% of the sales price, the latter of which will vary based on the final sale price of the property. These are made clear in the sales details and lot information, as well as in the property's legal pack which we advise all buyers to read thoroughly (with their solicitor) prior to bidding. If you'd like to discuss this further with us, please email us on enquiries@sdlauctions.co.uk and we can arrange a time to chat.Best wishes, SDL Property Auctions
