GoogleMartin & Co has been incredibly helpful since taking over the management of our property. Previously, the former management team was unresponsive and ineffective in addressing issues at our rented home, particularly when it came to communicating necessary repairs to the landlord. However, with the appointment of Nikola as our property manager, the experience has significantly improved. Nikola has demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication in managing our home. Her proactive communication between us and the landlord has been exemplary, ensuring that all of our concerns are promptly addressed. Thanks to her efforts, all outstanding issues have been resolved efficiently, restoring our confidence in the management of the property. We are highly appreciative of Nikola's support and the positive changes she has brought since taking over.

GoogleMartin & Co are excellent. We've lived in a property since 2015 and we've had several issues including faulty wiring, plumbing and heating - however when we reported these they were quick to get back to us and have always tried to keep us in the loop. Their gas contractor for Leicestershire is great and we've never been kept waiting by them. It's worth noting if you rent from here that the landlord, not Martin & Co, are responsible for okaying repairs and maintenance - something I think Martin & Co could do with stressing more on sign-up, as they're letting themselves in for bad feedback which should really be laid at the door of the landlord. Overall, a good place to rent from, I just wish they had a bit more power to control the landlords who use them Compliments to their property management team and Marianne, their managing director, who took the time to personally respond to a complaint I made about the landlord and seems genuinely concerned about the issues. Updated 30/1/2020 - moved to 5 Stars as Martin & Co have been very considerate in following up a complaint we've made about the landlord and are extremely dedicated in helping us resolve an issue with ongoing repairs. Can't recommend them enough based on this experience

GoogleSending unhappy and clearly overworked staff who are ready to argue with you is not a good representation. I agreed to 12.30 viewing that was originally offered. I was not given a full address. I called the office numerous times for that address to which I was not given still and when I arrived at the hair dressers on the photos of the property on Uppingham road, I called again, still no answer. When I did meet with the agent luckily later than the time agreed felt as if the agent was in an hurry, every time I asked a question I was met with dismissive, argumentative behaviour. She was extremely defensive I felt pressured to make a decision in the hostile environment she created. I will not be going ahead as result of your staffs behaviour.

GoogleMartin & Co Leicester have managed our flat for a number of years now and they have always been professional, supportive and have delivered a high level of service to both our tenants and us as the landlords. They gave us expert advise when a tenant refused to pay the rent (for no valid reason) and we had to take the tenant to court. They have recently sold the flat for us and we cannot thank them enough, especially Afy the Manager who went the extra mile during the sale process.
