GoogleI found myself at first excited to list my home for auction but as the auction drew nearer I can't say I had a good experience. At first, they were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Stating how easy it would be sell via auction but then as the auction date drew nearer, the story changed to how difficult it would be to sell the home and how we should lower the price. Even on the day of auction, they kept calling to tell me to lower the price. They tried to apply a lot of pressure but their reasons for wanting to lower the price didn't make sense given the interest and location of the home. Overally, I'm not happy with them and I would not use these auctioneers in the future.
