Always great working with Kal Sangra auctions. We have entered their auctions a few times and they are always conducted professionally and fairly. They are open to working things out post auction sometimes too. Very pleased

I found myself at first excited to list my home for auction but as the auction drew nearer I can't say I had a good experience. At first, they were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Stating how easy it would be sell via auction but then as the auction date drew nearer, the story changed to how difficult it would be to sell the home and how we should lower the price. Even on the day of auction, they kept calling to tell me to lower the price. They tried to apply a lot of pressure but their reasons for wanting to lower the price didn't make sense given the interest and location of the home. Overally, I'm not happy with them and I would not use these auctioneers in the future.

What a great experience ! I would not recommend any estate agent accept Kal Sangra Leicester whether it’s buying, selling, tenants for residential and commercial. I have seen equally excellent services in all areas by the highly talented staff. Excellent service by Kal Sangra specially Joe who helped me to get the transaction to the very end. Highly recommended. Minhaz(Fashion of the day ltd).

I do not recommend dealing with them if you are going to rent a property because they are not honest and when i completing the paperwork they told me that the house had been rented to someone else.

I purchased a buy to let property at auction through Shonki Brothers. Kal Sangra and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. As a first time buyer, not to mention first time auction investor, I was clueless about the process. I have no doubt that without Kal's advice and expertise this time pressured sale would not have been successful. Kal and his team walked me through the process and were available to answer queries in a prompt manner and give me advice at all times of the day. The team at Shonki Brothers is extremely professional, well connected and correspondence throughout has been straight to the point, courteous and timely. I felt well taken care of throughout and I would highly recommend their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
