We could not have been happier with the service we received from Jowett and Stone, from the initial contact to the handing over of the keys. Adam and Karen are both the epitome of professionalism, they offered solid advice, were tenacious in following things up and regularly kept us informed. They went above and beyond (in my opinion, but they would say they were ‘only doing their job’) every step of the way, and it wasn’t the smoothest of Sales due to a lower link in the chain! We 100% recommend Jowett and Stone and would definitely use them again (and not even bother with getting quotes from other estate agents) in the future.

Estate agency as it should be - personal, caring service, treating both sellers and purchasers as they should be and handling enquiries, viewings and negotiations in a friendly, helpful and professional manner whilst keeping us well informed throughout the process right through to completion. Adam and Karen clearly have a thorough knowledge of the market, both in Blaby and the wider catchment area, taking in the villages towards Lutterworth, Market Harborough and Hinckley as was the case with the sale of our property in Frolesworth. Their advice on valuation and pricing proved to be spot on with a sale arranged within 11 days of first listing on Rightmove and completion following 9 weeks later. Can't recommend them enough.
