Hi Pete, You are are a perspective Tenant, your review is aimed towards lettings as you have no correspondence with sales team. Its disappointing that you choose to leave a negative review whilst you application for renting property is underway. As you are aware you & your partner have failed required checks for property and still on landlords request we have offered you Tenancy. You want Tenancy and inventory done prior to Move in which we have explained to you and you partner in more than 10 EMAILS & phone calls. You want us not to follow correct procedure which unfortunately we cannot. We have tried our best to accommodate you needs & requests despite your circumstances. So just because our Tenancy team are following correct procedures and legislation and its causing you slight inconvenience you have decided to leave negative feedback.
