GoogleI was looking for a friendly letting agents with included bills, with properties close to DMU for my final year of study - Hive fit the bill! Was able to move in on the 1st July so that I could continue studying due to odd term dates. Communication has always been speedy, and all the staff are so friendly. The flat is beautiful too! Would thoroughly recommend Hive :)

GoogleVery easy to book with this accommodation, all details of moving in and what to expect has been clearly outlined and any questions or queries I’ve had have been answered with the upmost efficiency. The accommodation it’s self is very spacious and has a lot of perks e.g. a washing machine which I wasn’t expecting so well worth the price.

GoogleHad to do a tenancy takeover (someone took over my old tenancy) they charged me extra weeks when the tenant had already signed the new contract to take it over and Rhianne refused to let me talk to higher management and ignored all forms of contact.

GoogleRhianne and Alice are amazing. If you have any questions or issues throughout your tenancy, they will always give a prompt response and get things sorted. It has been especially helpful to have their contact as a student renter to ease communication with landlords and management. Great team!

GoogleLettings4Students has been misleading tenants that bills are included for a one time fee. This is not true as once signed into the contract you are bombarded by hefty utility bills, that they withdraw from your account without notice. PLEASE BE AWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING FROM THIS COMPANY

GoogleComing into third year, I was looking for a spacious, relaxing place to live, where I could both study and wind down, but that wasn’t more than 10 minutes from University, and Hive accommodation provided me with just that. I was immediately seen to when I requested a viewing, was shown a number of very impressive properties, and chose a studio on the very same day! Their payment process is straightforward, and I was allowed to edit my payment schedule to line up with student loan payments, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, Rhianne politely and quickly replied to any queries I had. The apartments are in excellent condition, have brilliant WiFi connection and are value for money - you can even share a studio as it is spacious enough to do so! Lastly, when I had an slight issue with my light, Rhianne sent for someone to repair it immediately and I have never had to wait more than half an hour, which goes to show that your comfort is a top priority to the company. Highly, highly recommend, would give 6 stars if I could!

GoogleThey are by far the best letting agency I've been with for the 4 years I've been in Leicester, my old agency wasn't too polite and they would often do things that wasn't fair for us. Lettings 4 students have been the nicest and the lady who showed us around and told us about the West walk property was very nice. I would recommend this letting agency for any student moving into Leicester at any time, furthermore the people who work in the reception of my building are by far the nicest people I have met in Leicester.

GoogleThis is my fourth year living in Leicester, and my first time with Lettings 4 Students. Lettings make everything easy! All the people that work for this company are polite, helpful, and reassuring. I have had experiences where my landlord would not respond to emails / phone calls / texts for a few days, whereas, lettings respond either on the day or the next day. As for the place I am currently renting, it is beautiful, spacious, and clean. If you are in a couple and are thinking of sharing a flat- do not hesitate there is plenty of room for two bodies! Overall would I recommend this company for student renting in Leicester? Absolutely!

GoogleI stayed in an apartment on my own close to the city center and close to both Uni's. The staff were ready to accommodate my needs for a smaller contract and were always readily available to talk to. I didn't have any maintenance issues other than a leak which was quickly fixed. Make sure you read your contract carefully and know what you're agreeing to, this is the adult world. A lot of the negative reviews come from a privileged position where the contract hasn't been read properly. If you read the contract, you'll know what to expect and can better manage your finances. The internet was really beneficial and you get a hub for your place, the speeds are great for streaming and gaming. Would recommend for anyone in their third year looking for a quiet space on their own!

They were very understanding and accommodating for all of the intricacies involved with moving to a new country for school, especially the time difference. If you have any questions for them, even ones that you feel sound foolish, don't hesitate; they are here to help. In regards to the rooms, very modern and functional. You can't go wrong! You will have nothing to worry about while you are studying. Highly Recommend.

GoogleI've lived at 18-20 Albion St and it was great. Staff in the office are helpful, maintenance are friendly and efficient. My studio had everything I needed and a little more compared to others agencies viewed similar properties with. Felt safe and secure which was a main priority. Highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to secure their accommodation.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and very modern (with huge beds!). The service is amazing and the flats are very secure and you feel safe xx

GoogleVery poor experience with this company. They didnt extend any rebates to students during the pandemic year. Their staff are very rude and they always threaten court action. I will never recommend them or use them again.

GoogleAll the staf inside are new and modern. The security of the building is so good. Also if you have any problem the staff will help you as soon as possible and do their best! But it will be helpful that in the building should be a reception.
