FacebookI’ve been with Hampsons on both sides , selling my property and buying x They sold are house within 6 days and the service was amazing , we decided quite soon in we wasn’t quite ready to move and they were so understanding and supportive with our decision .. saying that ,we then decided because we wasn’t ready to move that we would do a buy to let so we could get onto the renting ladder x so Hampsons helped assist us on this finding us the perfect property! They couldn’t have done more , from start to finish they we re on hand so supportive and using their solicitors was very easy aswel x Thank you Hampsons in the Future when we are finally ready to sell we will definitely be using you ❤️ x PS Thank You for finding us the perfect property our tennants love it ! FacebookI would highly recommend using Hampsons for a house sale. After a very poor experience with another agent we did far more research second time around, as a result we moved to Hampsons, and very glad we did! They delivered in every area - had great knowledge of how to market the property, sold within the expected timeframe, found us a genuine and reliable buyer, and made sure all the correct checks were done to secure the sale properly. We can definitely see why they have a much lower fall through rate than other estate agents in the area. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble, dealing with Teana & the team was always a pleasure. We were kept updated regularly, and they worked behind the scenes even throughout the conveyancing to keep things moving. Both ourselves and our buyer were new to the selling/buying process respectively, so it was great to have a team that took care of us and our needs at every step of the process

The thing that stood out to me the most was the customer service, the people who worked with me would answer any question or query pretty much any hour of the day. there would be multiple times I would email in the evening, expecting a reply in the morning and I would have a reply that night!

Pictures and videos took of the house we were selling were incredible. We had offers within days of promoting! Kayley and Jess especially made our journey very comfortable.
