the marketing of my property was great, They sold my property after 6 viewings and 2 offers in under a week. the staff are all helpful especially Verity, Jamal and the owner Tina. overall I was happy with the service and thought the time frame to complete (4months) was pretty quick considering the chain of 5. the solicitors that Hampson's recommended were absolutely 10/10. So glad I used them (JUNO) they definitely took any stress out of the move.

I had the complete opposite (and terrible) experience with another estate agent for my onward purchase which emphasised and highlighted how great Hampsons were. Hampsons helped us with purchase of a property and they were brilliant. The whatsapp group they created allowed us to stay in touch which helped provide and receive updates regularly. They were really quick to address any queries and very efficient throughout the process. Even when our assigned agent was out of office there was always someone staying in touch with us. We came to them after our chain fell through on another property with purchase of a new property, and the difference between the agency was night and day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently purchased a property through Hampson's and I can’t recommend them enough. Everything ran extremely smoothly and they were very helpful guiding me in what to do/ what my next steps were as this was the first time buying a property. They communicated and dealt with my solicitors extremely well and from offer accepted to exchange it took only 6 weeks. I mainly dealt with Verity who always kept me updated via email or whatsapp and she was brilliant!

It's a common mistake to think all estate agents are essentially the same, and sooner or later, any of them will be able to sell your home. We initially chose an agent who was selling a property we were interested in, thinking it would make for an easier negotiation and transaction. What could have been a straightforward affair only confirmed that not all estate agents are equal, and there are more poor ones than good. Hampsons are without a doubt one of the good estate agents. From the amount of interest and viewings they generated, right through to negotiating and closing the sale, the whole team were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Estate agents do far more than simply put photos on Rightmove and wait for the phone to ring, and that's exactly what makes the difference. We would recommend Hampsons without hesitation.
