Kieran has been very proactive and as Aproachable and problem solver. 5* to him and thanks to Andrew Evens for his continued support except one issue that the Haart bank payment description do not have flat no and month of payment

GoogleThey let out uninhabitable houses, dirty rotten floors that will collapse if walked on, toilet not Plummed in but rami said it doesn’t make it uninhabitable. Razor blades sticking out of carpets in bedrooms. Kitchen countertops and cupboards that are moldy and rotting with damp. Garden over grown and a shed full of degrading car batteries and soiled mattresses but haart said the landlord wanted to keep them. Overall disgusting property. Racist staff as one Emma said the previous residents are filthy because of their ethnic background. Tried to pay us £150 to keep our mouth shut. Told environmental health to the be evicted for reporting this dangerous and unsafe for human purpose house.

GoogleThis agency frankly only care about letting houses and not the actual condition of the house. Their property maintenance is a joke a big joke to but honest. I call them 3 times every day no answer. When my heating stopped working the Leicester council got in touch me faster than their property Maintaience. They let properties without doing proper checks of the property. Haart do better ? I advise to go with any other letting agency in Leicester this one is shambles ! Taking advantage of someone like me who’s a student and younger mother it won’t happen!

GoogleAwful experience from start to end. Repairs flagged in itinerary hadn't been done ready for move in, which then took us 6 months of chasing to get resolved. We were also told 1 week after moving in that they'd forgot to inform us the balcony wasn't safe for use! At the end of tenancy Haart refused to return a portion of our deposit without a valid reason, fortunately we were protected by TDS who retrieved it for us. Our point of contact continuously changed throughout our tenancy (despite only being there for 1.5yrs), apart from one exception we experienced a concerningly incompetent level of service which was a surprise considering how much of a recognised name Haart is.

GoogleAfter renting with this company for 8.5 years and being an good tennant who paid on time the service I received when leaving my property was terrible. The agent lied about things that had been replaced in the house and when I disputed this claim they went quiet. I had to chase to find out what was happening and take this to the dispute service. Haart then ignored emails from the Tenancy deposit scheme for almost 2 months. When the final email was sent to say no evidence had been sent by the agent or landlord it would now go to an adjudicator suddenly Haart received this email!! They called me tried to mediate with me and asked for an extension to reply to the dispute. After holding my deposit for months! No apology or action for their shoddy service at the end of my tenancy. Underhand tactics seem to be at play only picking up emails when I'm about to be refunded in full. Do not recommend.

Lynna Proctor from the Haart Property Management team has been great and called me to ensure everything is going to plan before we move in. very happy so far :)
