GoogleThis is the worst lettings agency I have ever dealt with. My landlord gave authority to Haart Agency, and for nearly a month, the hot water and heating in my home have not been working. However, no solution has been found so far. I have had to escalate my complaint to Leicester City Council. Yet, the issues in my home remain unresolved. The Property Management Manager Lynna Proctor’s disregard for the issues is preventing their resolution.

I was dealing with a lot this month and short of money whilst waiting for it to all be sorted out, I contacted haart, specifically Lynna Proctor, from Haart property management and she was amazing! so understanding and helped me out so much.
