Professional in all they do...

Mark and Helen gave us great service in selling our investment property - I cannot recommend them too highly. They did exactly what every investor wants: they secured a good price by handling heavy interest, they managed the whole progression process including all the usual unexpected issues that can crop up, and most important, they kept us informed - we were never in the dark. Painless and smooth - everything a sale should be and so often isn't!

I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Mark Corley. If the other estate agents with whom I have had to deal were as efficient as Mark then a lot of the stress of moving house would have been removed! I warmly recommend Corley Estate Agents. An excellent local estate agent. Friendly and helpful staff. Great communication. They recently sold my house for me, the customer service was second to none. I was able to leave them a set of keys (house was empty) and they sorted everything out (viewings /surveys etc). Totally hassle free. Genuinely couldn't fault them! Will certainly be using them again in the future.

An absolute gem of a company to deal with. We put our home on the market in January 2022. Mark Corley visited us, took all the details, produced a 1st class video of our home with quality photographs and due to excellent marketing, we had 1 day of viewing and a sale on the same day. Since that day the service and communication from Mark and Helen at Corey's could not have been better. We received regular updates as to what was going on within our chain, and whenever we had any queries or uncertainty, all it took was a phone call and we were spoken to in a reassuring, positive manner which really did put our mind at rest. Mark Corley makes himself available at the end of a phone from 8am to 8pm every day, something that is unheard of within other agencies and not only is he prepared to advise on your property, he gave me valuable advice on procedures and protocol in moving home. I’ve used Corley Estates Agents for a number of years through renting and selling 2 houses. I tried them as I was fed up with using certain high street agents whom I simply couldn’t trust (buyers incentive scheme comes to mind). Thankfully I had no such issues with Corley’s, Mark always did always angle to get me a good price for my houses rather than accept anything and Helen always kept me updated with what was going on. It’s worth mentioning also that during times where buyers have tried to negotiate the price Corley’s have stood their ground in trying to get what you think your house is worth. We have recently had to sell our late father's house and found Corleys to be the most thorough , fair and honest of all the estate agents that we spoke to. Indeed instincts were spot on as Helen and Mark are very professional , they keep you updated, provide and advise on everything you need and need to know. They are very friendly and go that extra mile. When the processes hit an obstacle they were reassuring and were persistent in making sure that any issues (which were not on their part) were ironed out as swiftly as possible . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Unable To Get Through On Telephone

Unable to get through to them on the telephone.They say lines are open until 8:00pm on the website, but I certainly can't get through to them for the 4th time of trying today.Update:I did in the end contact the Agents via email and they did call me back. Nice (but as you should expect).Mark who I spoke to (and who read my review above) did apologise for my not getting through to them on my earlier calls, and mentioned that his staff were all busy / on calls hence the issue I found.He did say if I had left a message they would have called back.Yes fair point, but I was hoping to speak to someone when I was free and at a time of my choosing.Anyway, all's well that ends well.Updating rating from 1 to 3 for history of my experience.
