I have just bought my house from Mark Corley. It has been a stressful experience, due entirely to the solicitors, mortgage broker and bank. Mark Corley has been the only positive experience in the whole thing. He has answered every call/text/email efficiently and promptly, offering excellent advice and support. He knew exactly what to do when it looked like our purchase would fall through due to a bank error and completely saved the day. The vendor was extremely lucky to have engaged such an excellent estate agent. If I ever get over the trauma of dealing with solicitors and banks and decide to sell in the future, I will 100% be contacting Mark Corley

I purchased my house through Corley's and found them very professional and easy to deal with. I had my offer accepted within 24 hours and arranged a second visit to the property with my convenience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to use their service as the vendor of the property I purchased also had good words to say about them. The reason for the 4* and not 5* is for the lack of finishing touch. Property buying is a big purchase and it's one that you don't do it very often. Therefore it needs to be made feel special for the person purchasing the property. I work in a motor industry, in our dealership when someone purchases a vehicle, we often make special arrangement when they come to collect their new vehicle, give them small gifts or flowers. Any of these small touches make such a big difference to a customer.
