GoogleOnly got a 1 because 0 isn't an option, had nothing but issues and staff in the office don't care. Our fridge has been broken for about a month and they told us it was fixed. We now have food poisoning.... would never let with them again and would not recomend at all!!!

GoogleI was fascinated by the way I was treated by their employee Mr. Jaber. I had a very complicated situation and he was very helpful, kind and patient. He managed to solve my problem when I sought his help, and I am very pleased by the way he handled my situation.

GoogleOasis Residence provides free breakfast for 3 days every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a variety of desserts. Fabian at the front desk was also very welcoming.

GoogleBelieve the bad reviews. Moved in to our flat and played a deposit, hadn't been cleaned. Just moved out, left the house spotless. More than a month later told it cost 650 pounds to clean. Ypp are absolute con artists BEWARE AT ALL COSTS DONT GO THROUGH THE SAME MISERY.

GoogleOnce the initial mistake of not having the fridge/freezer in the room as advertised was discovered and acknowledged, the issue was eventually resolved by dogged determination by the maintenance coordinator Rachel. A couple of small hiccups on the way to resolution were handled well by good communication with the client.

GoogleGreat maintenance team! I had an issue that needed to be resolved urgently as I was leaving on holiday the next day and they went above and beyond to fix it. The work at my flat was completed within hours of them receiving my request, I've never seen such efficiency!

GoogleDo NOT let with this company ! The worse customer service I have ever received, they’re only quick at answering emails when they want money. Moreover I am still waiting for my DEPOSIT back as my contract ended more than 2 MONTHS AGO !

GoogleI reported a problem using the online portal on Saturday morning, & by Monday afternoon it was fixed. Admittedly it was a small problem & easy to fix, but thanks to the efforts of Malcolm (Leeds office), we didn't have to worry for long.
