GoogleYPP have been extremely professional throughout, from my Son moving into Park Square Residence 12 months ago. Maintenance issues dealt with quickly and effectively, they even replaced a faulty appliance! Would have no hesitation from renting again from YPP, excellent service all round. A big thank you also to Vasileios on Reception for all his kindness and help during my Son's stay. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Googleresidents in different flat in the same house have been throwing their trash into the hallway every week since October. I kept contact with YPP, but it didn't improve.

Had several problems with my place that I wasn't aware of when viewing the property. Damon and Jonathan came out to fix them from time to time, and every time they've done an amazing job! Very thankful for them making my living space safer and more comfortable.

GoogleJake Wheatley from the construction department at the Leeds YPP lettings office provides the best response if you have an issue in your place. He is friendly, helpful and managed to deal with the issues at my new accommodation efficiently. Now that they have been resolved, I can focus on my studies stress-free :) If anything, YPP needs to hire more people like Jake.

GoogleThe location is very good, and there is free breakfast every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a variety of baked pastries and drinks. Free coffee is always provided on weekdays. Fabian at the front desk is very enthusiastic and has a cute personality~

They advertise incorrect prices on Rightmove and do not give correct information at viewings regarding payments.This company wanted 1 weeks rent holding fee plus 1 months rent deposit plus 3 months rent in advance, 7 months before moving into the property! As a student, I could not afford this and they refuse to refund holding fee
