GoogleI had a viewing booked with this company at 10:00 this morning. I travelled for an hour to get to the property, and on my arrival I found that they I had a missed call from them at 09:00. I called them back and they told me that the property was no longer available, and hence I would not be able to view it. They claim 'excellent customer service ... remains the main foundation of our business', but giving such short notice is unacceptable and does not respect the customer's time. I will not be dealing with them again.
