I used Tudor Sales & Lettings to sell my property. As this was my first home I was selling I was super nervous as you can imagine. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with. They kept in contact, got me plenty of viewings super quick and sold my property pretty much on day one! Special mention to Kate, she's been nothing short of amazing! Took all my stress away and helped me every step of the way! I feel so lucky to have had such a fantastic support! I recommend you to everyone I speak to! Thanks again!

Excellent service, best estate agent I've used from moving 13 times! Put others to absolute shame. Kate was very professional in chasing slow acting solicitors and other estate agents, especially for last 3 weeks of my conveyancing, to achieve exchange of contracts and completion, doing/ knowing far more than my solicitor! I'd definitely use Tudor again if I moved 8n the future! Thank you to all of you.

I wish there was more than 5 stars as 5 stars just does not do this company justice. I have bought and sold 6 times and I can honestly say my last move with Tudor was the easiest and most seamless so far. We sold and bought through Tudor and the whole process only took 11 weeks from offer to completion. Kate managed everything, liasing with other vendors in the chain, chasing my solicitor, chasing vendor solicitors and not once did I have to chase anything. Thank you to Kate and Tudor for making my last moving experience so easy

Selling our house.

We used Tudor to sell our property. The service was outstanding. Due to issues on our purchase, it took 8 months to complete. Kate was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. She communicated well with our buyers and kept them in the loop of what was happening. Kate also kept us updated and in some ways was my daily counsellor throughout the 8 months! Kate was brilliant in every way and is a credit to Tudor.

I am sincerely grateful to Matthew and his team! Especially Dean, who helped us rent a great house when we first moved in to UK. Very professional and attentive, and we’ve had a very enjoyable year living there. After moving in, we discovered there was a minor gas leak, so we notified Tudor. They immediately arranged for a technician to come within an hour to fix the issue. There was also a problem with the bathroom leaking, and they sent someone to make the necessary repairs. The service has been truly excellent, and we are grateful to have found your team. Unfortunately the landlord needs to sell the property, but Tudor have worked very hard to help us find a suitable replacement. Thank you for all your assistance along the way. Nothing but praise very easy transition from viewing to application to moving into the apartment. Thanks to Dean for making very easy and explained everything brilliant service. Also the move in day was no stress the apartment was immaculate absolutely spotless!!! I think alot of estate agents should make sure the apartment or houses are left spotless to make the transition easier and not have to worry about cleaning when they move in. Absolutely fantastic!!

We contacted Tudor at the beginning of April 2020 for help with finding a new tenant for our property and a new letting agent to manage our property. After our initial discussions we decided to sign up with Matthew as we felt Tudor were an honest and professional agent, communication with Matthew has been excellent. We felt during the Covid-19 restrictions it would take some time to find new tenants.
