I would like to emphasise how passionate and friendly but professional Billy and Francesca have been from the first phone call regarding my rental property to the moving in . I could not praise the meough for their professional yet personal work . Excellent public skills guys and cannot think of any team as good as smart investment and management. GoogleSmart Investment & Management showed the professionalism that I was missing from other agencies that were not handling well two prospective purchases that eventually failed. Specifically, Smart I&M has been straightforward from the beginning. The cards were laid on the table and there were no promises that could not be kept. In fact, when new fire regulations unexpectedly postponed the completion of my flat, I was offered to pull out without consequences. The service was excellent throughout, e.g. inquiries were addressed straight away or later on the same day. For these reasons and because of my excellent experience, I highly recommend Smart I&M.

GoogleJames assisted me in purchasing an investment property in Leeds. He provided honest and straightforward advice and was very professional throughout. He also now manages property for me. When another agent failed to secure tenants quickly James stepped in and did so immediately. I have complete trust in James and wish him well in building his business.
