Hi Joe, thanks for your feedback. I see you lived in Village Place last year and the deposit return was definitely a rocky one. The landlady wanted to be involved in this process following her contractor visiting the house and finding things that should not have been in the house. I am sorry you thought our service let you down. I will definitely have a look back over your tenancy and see where we could have served you better. Please accept my apologies for this.
