YellAWFUL - don't bother!
I currently rent a property through them. So far they have chased me for late payment of rent 3 times, despite payment already being made. They have not bothered to turn up for 2 prearranged house inspections, but didn't call to cancel or reschedule.Also recently I arranged a viewing on a property they are selling and they didn't turn up for that either. Badly managed, bad customer service, bad attitude. DON'T BOTHER!!!

Great service, however sometimes poor communication/coordination between themselves when arranging viewings and sending proofs for brochure to check if ok when house already been on sale 2 weeks and under offer. But speedy sale and overall great service.

We started our journey with Marianne who was so easy to talk to and understood our most important needs she always made herself accessible when we needed her advice for our next property. We then dealt with a mixture in the office of lindsey julien and alex. Great experience all the way through!
