I’m sorry to say the letting service is very poor. The high staff turnover is a serious problem. I had three different property managers in one year. Nothing gets done . They don’t follow through with anything or deal with issues in a timely manner, even important things like tenants handing in their notice. Poor communication , poor service . Do not use manning stainton .
