This company aweful, don’t trus them to sell your house I chose them because of there values but it turns out they don’t have any and allowed my dream move to be closer to my son his wife and new born child My first grand child fall away. Couldn’t organise getting drunk (I’ve had to change this language because the phrase isn’t approximate) up in a brewery!

I suggest asking for required documentation required at the start of the process, not 1 working day before clients move in. I cannot believe that cleaning a 2 bedroom property costs £500+

Send them an email a month ago for them to remove what was left of the fence they fixed before we moved in the house. They still haven't done anything and have not replied to me. Send them an email 1 week ago about something else and yet still no reply. Called 5 times and yet still no reply. One of the worst agency we dealt with for now.
