Great friendly staff, however, communication could have been better eg heard nothing unless I chased up, luckily we sold fairly quickly but communication practically stopped once sold sign went up and felt we were pretty much left to sort things ourselves.

GoogleA star is not even deserved for the poor quality of the service we received. Saying that these guys are a fraud is probably the best compliment I can spare. I will not write the long and tedious drama we fell into to, but do yourself a favour: avoid this company as the pest/covid, because you will only find troubles!

Dear Client We are sorry that you feel this way following your experience with us. I understand that you were trying to purchase a property and after a survey had taken place you had asked for a reduction in the sales price. Unfortunately the seller wasn’t prepared to lower the price and decided to proceed with a purchaser who was prepared to pay a higher sum for the property. We also understand that the seller was unprepared to re- in burse you for your survey cost. As an agent we work for both clients (vendor and Purchaser) in a transaction equally. Unfortunately in this case we were unable to get you the price you wanted. We hope we are able to get a better outcome for you in the future. Kind Regards Sales Director

Very helpful, Leah especially picked up the slack where our solicitors failed, kept us in the loop of how things were progressing. She was always very polite and reassuring throughout the full process. Only negative is sometimes a little hard to get hold of because the phone lines are so busy.

The whole experience was very good. The staff kept me updated with the state of progress. They provide a support person who helps with the legal process...she was fantastic. The legal process was hideous and took forever...not Mannings fault.

Have repairs that needs doing and have been for at least a year , have inspections but they keep leaving so nothing is done . My ceiling collapsed last year , only plastering has been done its not finished . Spoke to my letting manager Luke several times not heard anything
