GoogleMaximum incompetence in this agency, after 6 years, I and the owner of the house, ended the collaboration with them. It is very difficult to solve the problems in the house, but if you are one day late paying the rent, they immediately call you.

I can totally understand your frustration but sadly when another party comes forward with an offer we are duty bound (by law) to put that forward even if another offer has just been accepted. It is of course then the sellers decision who they want to proceed with but I am really sorry that it has caused you to lose out this time round.
