The whole team were very helpful in selling our house, especially Zaini Miraj, who rang us every week to keep us informed and had to make many phone calls to sort out delays from the buyers.It was a prolonged sale but we got there in the end with the perseverance and kindness of you staff.

Mannings helped me sell my late fathers house recently. The service we received from the team at Horsforth was really excellent and we would give a special mention of Macy McCormack who kept in regular communication right through the process, as well as liaising with the conveyancers and buyers for us. She was fantastic and I would no hesitation in recommending her to look after a sale. We will use Mannings for another property we expect to sell later this year. The team at Conveyancing Home recommended by Mannings were also excellent and highly efficient.

GoogleAvoid!!! , they are the worst agents in town, they deduct money to students for no reason, they take commissions and deposits for absolutely no reason, they deserve to go out of business

My children left home so I dicieded to down size but didn’t know where to start. I spoke to many different estate agents and settled with manning stainton. Charlotte Murrie was put In charge of handling the sale of my house. Nothing was to much trouble absolutely anything I didn’t understand Charlotte reassured me every step of the way keeping me positive and calm. Even down to seeing me face to face going through the paper work. I am hoping this is my forever home but if I was to move again I would want to work with Charlotte again and will 100% recommend her services to friends and family Thank you so very much Charlotte I could not have done this with out your support

The team at Manning Stainton (Becky et al) were effective and efficient in securing a sale and processing it. Our move manager (Phoebe) kept us in touch with developments once we had a buyer. I never needed to nag or prompt. These things take time but MS reduced delays where possible. I would use them again.
