Hello,Thank you for your feedback, though I believe it is entirely inaccurate.Upon reviewing your account, I can see that there is an amount currently in dispute related to two issues, one of which involves the oven cleaning. The disputed amount is not £800, and no funds have been withheld by us. An adjudication will be conducted, and a decision will be made based on the findings.
