GoogleI rented the same property through Hunters for two years and never had any problems. They were quick at drawing up contracts, quick to help with anything I needed doing, extremely helpful when I was sadly made redundant half way through a tenancy and have always been friendly whenever I have spoken to them. Yes, fees may be high but that is what to expect when you go to rent good quality apartments through a good agent. I would definitely recommend.

I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

GoogleJames at Hunters was very helpful when it came of showing us around potential flats and located a flat which perfectly our needs. He was also keen to answer the numerous questions we had about the flat and area. We received a much better service from him than our experiences with other letting agents showing us similar properties. Throughout the tenancy Hunters were helpful and prompt whenever any (minor) problems occured with the flat and were keen to resolve these quickly. Clare has also been very helpful when it has come to changing the tenancy and has been quick to respond to questions and explain the process.

GoogleI'd recently moved to the UK and was initially staying at a hotel followed by a serviced apartment. My original plan was to only stay in Leeds for a couple of months before moving down to London, but I decided to check out apartments in Leeds to see if I could be convinced to stay on longer. I found this apartment online via Hunters and I loved it immediately! The staff at Hunters worked very efficiently & were very helpful, especially considering I'm new to the UK. The move was smooth & I'm loving where I live. I'd go with Hunters again if I had to find another apartment, but hopefully I won't have to:) The only glitch - I keep receiving property listings emails although I've told them to get me off their list many times! Not a deal breaker though;)

GoogleI am really disappointed with this agency. We just rented a house with them and at the beginning everything was perfect. We specifically asked if they were the ones that would take care of any of the issues with the house because we had a bad experience with a private landlord, and they said to us that they would fix anything that would be broken in the house. When we moved in we noticed a few small issues (as toilet seat or hangers broken...) but we told them that there was no need to fix all the small bits. We only needed fixed the door to the garden because it was broken, the tv blocks because they do not work and a leak of water falling to the living room. They fixed the leak but nothing else...They are not going even to paint. Apparently the landlord does not want to spend more money so now everybody can break in my house and I cannot watch tv. Now they say that they are not responsible and that the landlord does not want to pay for it so I got stuck with the house and the problems. We are paying 700 pounds for a house expecting to have everything working and now what we have is an agency that does not want to know anything and problems that we have to pay to fix. I recommend that if you want to rent a house with them, you would check every single bit of the house, go with a tv to check if you get signal, check the blocks, open the taps to check if they work properly and everything else because they are not going to fix anything. Glad that we just did the contract for 6 months but really disappointed because we were expecting to live in our "nice" house for long time.

GoogleI together with my friends and members of my family have been dealing with Hunters Lettings since 2004; during which we have always received an impeccable 5 Star service from the most friendly, courteous, jolly, caring and beautiful staff! All tenants introduced by Hunters Lettings have been our best tenants; hence a pleasure to accommodate them in our properties! As for their fees, they are among the best rates in Leeds and worth every penny they get…! In the last eight years of dealing with Hunters we have continuously experienced satisfaction both for the tenants and landlords alike! I would therefore not hesitate to recommend Hunters Lettings to all landlords and tenants whom are seeking a 1st class and 5 Star services…! On behalf of all of us (the landlords) I would like to take the opportunity and thank the diligent and industrious team of Hunters Lettings in Leeds.

GoogleHunters have been great from the viewing process through to the moving out process. Lela showed us round lots of different flats and we eventually found one at Whitehall Waterfront near the river. They have been great to deal with with regards to any problems we had and they helped sort things very quickly. Hunters' staff are always very friendly when you go in and they are always happy to help you. Wish I were staying with you guys to be honest!

GoogleSince I wanted a very quick move to Leeds, I found it rather stressful to find an appropriate flat close to the train station. Hunters help was invaluable to do this and I also find very convenient the time they spend to explain to me all the procedures about renting a house, since it was the first time for me to live in UK. Moving in the flat was very smooth and all the bill arrangements were done quickly and easily. When I needed the Maintenance Service, I found a very welcome (and free) response to fit my needs. I would absolutely recommend Hunters if you would like to avoid stressful circumstances.

GoogleIt gives us immense pleasure to thank the Hunters Leeds Team for looking after us during our stay at the Brewery Wharf apartment rented through them. We have found them to be very approachable , organised and efficient. We have been pleasantly surprised by their prompt and proactive behaviour in response to the issues encountered by us as tenants. We have been in this country for a while now and we found Hunters to be one of the best letting agents we have ever come across. We would like to share one specific incident during a scheduled routine maintenance checks when a possibility of gas leakage was identified. We were at work then and were immediately informed by Hunters with an assurance that if things were identified as out of ordinary, an alternate accommodation would be arranged for us and we didn’t have to worry and would regain access to the flat once things were taken care of. Fortunately, the outcome of the checks didn’t trigger any alarms and we didn’t have to re-locate. This could be a standard process; but the point I would like to make here is that they were very prompt in tackling the issue while being very assuring and supportive to the occupants of the property. Also, their communication has always been very timely and professional. And this was not just a one-off incident, their service has been this way for the 3 years and 4 months that we have stayed in this property. It’s sad that we are going to move out now due to personal reasons and we couldn’t find our new nest through them. Once again, a huge thank to the Hunters team in Leeds from the bottom of our hearts and wishing them All the very best.

GoogleThey offered some very impartial and useful advice on properties to rent elsewhere in Leeds, and were very helpful during viewings. Unfortunately, they made some assurances during the viewings which they were unable to follow up on. They also missed some serious issues on the final inspection of the property before I moved in, then took over a month to sort them out. All that said, they're actually pretty decent as far as Leeds letting agents go...

GoogleThe trio of girls - Natalie, Rachel and Ruth - have all been really lovely in what is, my first move in this country. All have been resourceful and friendly throughout the process and even up to till now weeks after my move. Communication is key and these ladies have made everything painless. Other staff at Park Place have also been polite and friendly, so, at least in my experience, I can't recommend them enough. Thanks girls! :)

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !
