GoogleWould rate hunters Wetherby 5 stars. They have been fantastic with every Stage that I have gone through to let my new property. Would highly recommend Georgina she was very helpful and explained all the terms in full. Would defiantly use them again!

Hunters listed a rental property two days ago and I had contacted them making an enquiry an hour after it was posted. No response. so I went online and found a book a viewing form and completed it. No response. The next day I emailed asking further about the property. No response. Today no call or no email, no response. So I call up and I am informed that they are fully booked for viewings and they probably wont do another one. Absolutely no communication. Zero customer service.An entirely incompetent estate agents. I had to drag the information out of them and at no stage was I contacted. The entirety of their reviews for 2024 details their utter incapability.

Amazing service from start to finish .A special mention to Della who went above and beyond what was expected, Della's communication was fantastic even on her days off she would chase information and update us. Della was instrumental in the completion date and kept the chain together. We'd of been lost without her. Thanks Della. Highly recommend.

GoogleIf I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. Having looked at many properties for sale under hunters in our search for a new home we found them terrible, unprofessional and lacking in information they should of known. We were taken to view a house that had just come on the market that very day, the girl who took us was so embarrassed having just started her new job, the 3 bedroom property only had 2 bedrooms!! What a waste of everyone's time. Other viewings we had with them they couldn't answer questions like who owns the boundaries when no fence was in place, not even when they went back to the office could they find that one out. Most embarrassing for them was the day we moved into our new home. We arrived to a house full of furniture with an enormous moving van full of our own furniture and 3 hours to get out of our sold house. Not satisfied with helping is out they blamed the solicitors, never offered any help or even an apology. So moving day wasn't moving day to our new home but to my parents house with 2 small children in tow. More embarrassingly we had contacted hunters to tell them the house we had purchased was full of furniture 10 days before moving day ( a conversation they now deny happened) they said they would ensure it was emptied! I wouldn't trust these people with moving my dustbin never mind being part of my house sale/purchase. The hell we lived all because they couldn't do a simple check on a property is appalling and to think these people get paid for this!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThanks to all the team at Hunters for their hard work and professionalism in dealing with my recent house sale. Katy and her sales colleagues did a great job - after some unavoidable delays due to the pandemic, the house was sold subject to contract for my original target price within a month of commencing viewings. When that sale regrettably fell through, Hunters were highly proactive in following up previous leads and the property was sold again almost immediately at the same price. Special thanks must go to sales progression manager Zoe who managed a tricky final few weeks through to successful completion brilliantly.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe were recommended Hunters by a neighbour who had recently used them to sell their house. We have been really impressed with Hunters throughout the whole process of selling our house. We were kept up to date regularly and Katy handled the arrangement of all the viewings and negotiations from the interested parties really well. We found the staff were always very friendly, professional and helpful. Zoe helped to ensure the solicitors were moving forward with the purchase and kept us informed at every stage. We successfully sold our house in a short amount of time. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hunters Wetherby.

Not recommend at all. Once deposit is paid they not answering any emails. Dificult to sort any issue and also forget about getting deposit back at the end. Avoid

Appalling customer service from the stoke office and I'm not even one of their tenants, had the misfortune to be involved with a leak from one of their tenants, it took over 6 months to get to the repair stage which when done was really poor workmanship so I'm having to do it myself, the staff are unhelpful and don't care so if they treat third party tenants like that it must be really bad for their own tenants.

Hunters Northenden branch. Louis at Hunters could not have been more helpful. I was renting a retirement property for my father who was moving areas to be nearer us. Louis was very understanding of our needs and our urgency and we had everything sorted within 3 weeks. He was very efficient and answered emails very promptly. I have had experience with Hunters in the past on multiple occasions. I am disappointed everytime from their lack of felixibility. For example if you're trying to rent and your annual income matches but does not excees what is expected by Hunters then they will abruptly cut you off. Also horrible customer service by the staff and do not know what they are doing. On a flat i called twice one staff member told me i had to satisfy an income of 29.000 pounds and another staff member told me i had to exceed 30.000 wich makes me doubt their honesty. I have had much better experiences with other agencies. Do not reccomend.
