This agent lied to get me to sign the contract saying there was interest in my property at the start, through the 6 months there was little contact, I kept chasing for updates. I would recommend you using another agent, you may pay more but you will get a better service.

Initially I entered into a contract with Bettermove. Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I was unable to proceed. Having spoken to Rory Naughton, who was one of the managers, he was able to cancel the agreement for me. Thank you for your personal help Rory. I therefore did not lose out having dealt with Bettermove.

I cancelled my agreement with them within the 14 day period because they lied about the service they were going to provide. They will not contact the company i took a loan out (with their advice) now the loan company are chasing me and it is impacting my credit report. DO NOT USE them!
