I am living overseas and wanted to sell my UK property, which gave me some level of anxiety. Chris Jackson and Carly Sutton have been incredibly helpful at every step of the way - even facilitating a filming by Channel 4 and a rogue locksmith. they've taken all the stress from me and managed to get a great sale price for me in the process. I am more than happy to recommend these guys, they're total professionals as well as lovely people. thanks again for all your hard work on getting this great sale for me.

GoogleHad few buyers ourself for our property, however all would have taken alot longer and gave us conditions that didn’t suit us. Should’ve put it up with Auction House in the beginning. They did no viewings and sold one our block of 12 flats before auction date. Within two days of buyer calling in - a deposit was taken and exchange happened. Went for slightly above reserve. Great way to sell without delays!

Having bad experiences previously selling an inherited property through traditional estate agents, I decided to go through Auction House - West Yorkshire. I need not have worried!! Their experienced team quickly assessed the property and valued it in a range that would be attractive to prospective buyers. They marketed the property online, gaining buyer interest over 3 open productive viewing days and delivered a new buyer on the specified auction day which met the property valuation expectations. If I had to sell a property again, I would definitely recommend going through Auction House.
