Auction House provided me with an excellent service when selling my flat. I had no experience in dealing with auctions and their customer service explained the process very clearly. I would recommend them to anyone who has not sold a property by auction before.David Rudling

Everything was clearly and fully explained from the beginning to the end of the process and all questions answered promptly and professionally. I was kept informed through out and had a great outcome at the auction. What else could you ask for?

Excellent company

Auction House were very organised and professional. We wish we had used them earlier in the selling process. Marketed the property and updated regularly. Customer service excellent.

Good judgment!

A pleasure to deal with , they are helpful and communicate well but of most importance - their advice is good : a pre auction offer was received which exceeded the reserve but they advised against accepting it judging that a better price would be achieved at auction given their assessment of the strength and reliability of the interest. They were right, the sale price achieved considerably exceeded the offer!

Friendly, helpful and efficient service.

Had it not been for the guidance of Mark and his efficiency in addressing my issues with the legal pack, I would not have proceeded with my bid. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased that I chose this auctioneer to sell our two properties. I found them to be friendly, efficient and, most importantly, effective...both houses sold! I would have no hesitation in recommending this auction house to potential sellers. Chris - it was a pleasure dealing with you. Thank you so much!
