Ad hoc property are an excellent letting agent, the guardianship scheme is a very good way of having low costs and having some where to live short term or long term, the team at Ad hoc are always helpful and try to get any issues dealt with in a few days, Robert cross was always easy to get in touch with and very helpful thank Ad hoc team.

Being a property guardian is a really good way to live, I’ve never had an issues, the staff are also brilliant, they are always willing to help you out with anything necessary. Shout out to the Bristol team - Rory, Trina, and Paul, you all do an amazing job! Definitely will look into ad hoc accommodations in the future once I have to move from my current location.

This has been my first property I have moved into and the process from Ad Hoc has been very easy and smooth, from enquiring about the property to getting the keys. I have had no problems so far and always get the help when I am unsure about something. If I ever need to look at moving elsewhere, Ad Hoc would be my first point of contact.

I'm a single, mature professional who enjoys the freedoms and experiences this kind of living brings... the ethical sustainability of making a home inside an alternative building is mind opening.

GoogleDisgusting service, totally unprofessional. Zero customer service. Rude, abrupt and impersonal. Extreme lack of communication. Did not respond to emails. When notice given - no further correspondence re: where t leave keys, bond refund etc. etc. Then threaten with "if you are not out by tomorrow there will be serious consequences!" They intrude and visit your room whenever they like. They will walk in unannounced. DO NOT USE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Have to say thanks specifically to Trina for making the extra effort in helping me into suitable accommodation which has really made a difference and is really appreciated. I moved in through Angela from the Peterborough office what a lovely girl she was so helpful and if she didn't know an answer she'd find one using her resources what with the friendly staff and quick entry methods moving happened seamlessly I can't thank you enough id recommend being a guardian to anyone in my position. I moved into an AdHoc property last year and it’s been great! Good value for money, a beautiful property and it was easier to get moved in and organised than normal renting, Ellie from the main office was very helpful and got everything processed quickly and Norman my property guardian has been an amazing help the whole time I’ve been here too.

Avoid another person left without heating and lack of response from any representative ... quick to take the money but never answer when you need assistance. To top things off there was a leak which is still leaking and causing damp which now becomes a health issue . They are a bunch of crooks false promises ... dont use the London office bunch of scammers.

I lived for a few years with this agency I recommend it to everyone and for the last two years my manager was Daryl.P. and he was the best manager I've ever had,very nice cultured guy and I recommend all managers to learn from him
