Disgusting thieving company, they stole my deposit because of Lisa Maguires error, do not trust them, worst company I've ever dealt with. They do not care about anyone but themselves! They take months to deal with anything and will lie and steal from you, well Lisa Maguire anyway, got more help from Sladana Cobanov. STAY CLEAR, DO NOT PAY DEPOSITS UNTIL HAVE KEYS!

FacebookAd hoc are staffed by decent people who are tasked with looking after things for you very nicely. It's a little odd if you're used to traditional landlords, but it works very well. The properties from what I've seen all have their own personality, but that's great if you're flexible. I've been with Ad hoc for years, saved a fortune and had a nice time :)

I was lucky to come across adhoc when I did. A great landlord, if your happy with basics it's cool and the tenants are all nice people. Paul and Rory always on the phone if you need help. It's cheap but reliable. Be respectful and you will be treated the same. A good tenancy to have. Newmiltonmark

I moved into my room around 8 months ago from a one bedroom flat I was privately renting my room is spacious and secure with good amenities provided and secure parking for all and its very comfortable and quiet it’s also close to shops and restaurants and for half the price I was paying 😁😁😁

The maintainance lads Paul and Luke (Birmingham) are always there when u need them and Lizzie and Claire (Birmingham) are lovely ladies and are really friendly and helpful. keep up the good work guys.

they have some properties where living standard is life threatening(Leek-residential homes)despite that the property is one big health hazard they keep letting it and putting people's life at risk.I moved out straight away when I started to develop serious health issues.Letting agents and lanlords can be very dishonest people who can not be trusted

Please don't anybody grab any of the rooms anywhere before me at the moment as I think I can move back in soon and don't want to find they are all gone! I'd still be there if the pandemic hadn't ruined my plan.Sharing a bathroom is the only downside, just cope with it.
