The Trusted AgentMelanie in Belvoir has been looking after the rental of our property (which just sold today) in a very efficient & professional manner for years She has been an absolute rock (a great assistance) during the sale of our property & helped to keep us sane, as she kept us informed as to what was happening between ourselves & the buyer We only wish that all our other letting agents were as good as Belvoir - maybe it's because of Belvoir being a family business

GoogleA most unprofessional viewing experience, as the viewing never happened. The vendors were rude and condescending. We went on the site to view but no one received us and we were not let into the property, despite the vendors recognising us to be the viewers. We knocked on the property but no one responded. Poor handling of the matter by Belvoir. Feel disappointed and let down.

Melanie in particular is a diamond and definitely works far more hours than she should! Even when we had problems with potential buyers, they were there to advise and assist, they were never pushy or ???salesy???, just supportive and clear. Thanks so much belvoir! GoogleGreat experience. I was with Belvoir for a year and 7 months. I had no issues whats so ever. The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. They would address any problems with urgency and made my tenancy at the property very easy.
