GoogleThey go the extra mile. The boss is a fantastic lady who helped me when my housemate of 1 month lost his job and turned out to be secretly in thousands of £ worth of debt before moving in with me. He left the house and was later replaced with a couple of my friends. The organisation in whole have put a lot of trust in me and I thank them for getting me out of such an awful predicament. The only complaint I have is each member of staff is almost like "on their own island" and I feel should either have their own extension numbers so tennants can contact the person that actually 'knows of them' rather then ringing the office and having the receiver of your call asking round the office for the relevant person for you

Direct reviewsI would highly recommend Belvoir as they went above and beyond to be kind to my mum and support her during her house sale, so she could move into an assisted living property. We had experience of two other estate agents as part of this process and Belvoir were head and shoulders above the other two. I have also been involved in several of my own properties sales over the years and therefore experienced a number of agents. I can categorically say none have provided the same level of personable service as Belvoir, they are a rare find in the estate agent world!

We were selling our late parents property which was difficult for us to do but Lynne handled things with great understanding and help guide us with the sale. Melanie in the office has kept us updated throughout and also helped push matters along when there were issues along the way. The fees are good value for money especially compared to other agents in the area. We would highly recommend Belvoir and the team

GoogleBelvoir have been professional, hard working, accommodating, and easily contactable from the day we asked them to sell our house until the day of completion. Melanie in particular is a diamond and definitely works far more hours than she should! Even when we had problems with potential buyers, they were there to advise and assist, they were never pushy or ‘salesy’, just supportive and clear. Thanks so much belvoir! I’d definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI was working with a lady called Selina during my stay at a property that they managed and she was a joy to correspond with. The landlord of the particular property was quite difficult but that was no bearance on the company.
