We recently started a renting a property and the process started with Belvoir and I couldn't recommend them enough. Lynn and Nikki were fantastic, responsive and so helpful. Nikki showed me around the property and was friendly, chatty and down to earth whilst still being professional and answering all my questions! The process was a lot more simple than other properties we have rented, and they were very responsive. We then had the pleasure of speaking with Amy for the rest of the process, she is fantastic at her job, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our many questions! She was the one we collected the keys from - she explained the process thoroughly and made sure we were happy before we left. She even checked in with us afterwards just to make sure everything had gone smoothly! Would highly recommend and can't thank you all enough! Xx

Just purchased our first house through Belvoir. We had been stood up for a viewing by a different estate agent which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because afterwards our perfect house came up through Belvoir. We booked a viewing, made an offer and had it accepted all within 24 hours due to their responsiveness. Highly recommend Belvoir! We just bought a house through them and we wish we had sold through them too.
