A Superb service! From the moment Paul visited our home to provide a valuation and advise on the selling process, to the point at which i handed across the keys to the new owners, Onwards and Upwards were brilliant. The house selling process was made to appear simple and from a owner perspective it certainly was. Weekly calls to update us on the progress and helpful advise along the way, the whole team at Onwards and Upwards would go the extra mile! Did i mention that they sold our house within a week of it being on the Market!!!!

We have both rented through Onwards and Upwards and also bought our first house. In both areas we have nothing but good things to say about this estate agents. The staff are great and have always been supportive and kept us up to date with anything we needed to know. Gail and Michael were great helps in chasing things up for us through the buying process, and also settling our nerves! Had a perfect experience selling our house through Belvoir. Lynn and her team are fantastic, they work really hard and go the extra mile. We had previously listed with Manning Stainton and had an extremely poor experience, despite them charging a lot more in fees, so we were even more impressed when Belvoir provided us a much better service at a much lower cost. Don't hesitate, use Belvoir.

I’m currently renting a property through Belvoir, and honestly, it’s been a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, it’s been one issue after another. The worst part, though, has been dealing with Lauren in the office. Every time I’ve reported a problem, instead of actually helping, she makes things ten times harder. It’s like she goes out of her way to create delays and make everything more complicated. To be honest, I’m scared to even use my real name here because Lauren has made my life so difficult just for speaking up. I feel like if I say anything more, it’ll just get worse. I’ve never experienced this kind of stress just trying to get basic issues fixed in a property. If you’re thinking of renting through Belvoir, especially if you have to deal with Lauren, I’d seriously recommend thinking twice. It’s just not worth the headache. While Lauren and Rebecca may come across as kind and professional at first, trust me, as soon as any difficult issues come up, especially if the landlord doesn’t want to spend money, they’ll work together to manipulate the situation to suit themselves. They’ll lie, make excuses all day long. The photo attached isn't damp coming through the wall, apparently it’s because I don’t open my windows enough 😅 because I’m at work all day 5 days a week 🤣. That’s Belvoir’s language. In normal terms, that translates to "The landlord doesn’t want to pay to investigate." This is just one of the many excuses I’ve had to deal with during my tenancy with Belvoir.

Bought and completed on my first property last week with Belvoir, I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! With it being my first property I was a bit unsure of the process so was asking lots of questions. Belvoir especially Melanie were brilliant at answering all my questions and keeping me updated every step of the way. Melanie also checked in with me to see how things were going with my solicitor, and when I told her they were slow and seemed to be stalling on completion, she said she would look into it and within 10 minutes I got an email from my solicitor confirming a completion date!! On completion day, I went to pick up my keys and got a Belvoir tote bag containing and a lovely ‘Welcome To Your New Home’ package which I thought was a lovely touch as I’ve heard from friends who have gone through other estate agents that this is very rare! Thankyou so much for a 5* service on my first home! Definitely very highly recommend!!

Having never sold a house before I was talked through the process and the very reasonable fees explained with no pressure to sign up. I was a FTB with Belvoir and throughout Melanie kept me in the loop with what was going on in the chain that I was in. Unfortunately the delays and issues we encountered towards the end of the process were nothing to do with Belvoir but all to do with the chain themselves. The agents were understanding of this and did all they could. I would be happy to go with them again.

We had a really good experience of selling our house with Belvoir. Melanie was super on it and often had more up to date information than our solicitors when we needed it, and they were good too! Everything was smooth and couldn't recommend highly enough. We also had a valuation that turned out to be more accurate than a few of the other estate agents. I'd definitely recommend!
