We had a really good experience of selling our house with Belvoir. Melanie was super on it and often had more up to date information than our solicitors when we needed it, and they were good too! Everything was smooth and couldn't recommend highly enough. We also had a valuation that turned out to be more accurate than a few of the other estate agents. I'd definitely recommend!

0 stars should be an option. Horrible agency managing rental properties. 2 months since initial complaint and nothing done about fly tipping onto my land from the property they manage. Previous tenant also told me it took them ages to fix the boiler in winter time whilst they had no hot water or heating. Only responsive when it benefits them. Also, their complaints process is to send a letter in 21st century. Guaranteed only so they can say they never got it! Picture of the mess they refuse to take care of attached

I have been very impressed with belvoir in Morley from start to finish. My initial contact was Bev, who valued my house and provided details of what they offered. Their fee was substantially lower than the other give estate agents quotes, yet offered the same service, and included free photos and epc rating, as well as a reduced offer for the month of April. Debbie showed people around my house, was punctual, friendly, enthusiastic and polite, and Mel was my go to person throughout the sale. She kept me and my buyer very well informed throughout the process, and remained calm, offering advice and support along the way - even when she was actually on annual leave, she responded to, and forwarded emails! The sale itself was very straight forward, but there were a few difficulties with my ongoing purchase, which held things in a little, but Belvoir have been very professional, friendly and approachable throughout, and j would highly recommend them. The team are friendly in person when I have popped into the office with my dogs, and have dealt with everything to a very high and professional standard. I only wish they dealing with the purchase of my new house over a hundred miles away, as I might have got the job done quicker! Definitely recommend this friend, supportive and very approachable team

Went in the to ask about a property to let. Felt as soon as walked in the door staff were judging my appearance. I was told the house was subject to contract. We were Never offered any more information on any houses to let . She didn't even take down my details. Very rude staff and a uncomfortable experience.

I would strongly advise any potential landlords, tenants, or vendors to think twice before using this branch. During my tenancy, I experienced what I believe to be serious failings in professional conduct, handling of maintenance issues, and what I suspect may have involved breaches of data protection responsibilities, all of which caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my life. I have had no choice but to lodge formal complaints and submit a Data Subject Access Request due to their handling of matters, and am now seeking further guidance from the relevant regulatory bodies. I will refrain from going into more detail here, but suffice to say I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Do your research before entrusting them with your property or your information.

Me and my partner lived in a Belvoir-letted property in Morley, Leeds for around 18 months and couldn't recommend them enough. We mainly dealt with Becky and Lauren during our tenancy, who were both fantastic in dealing with any queries we had, be it maintenance issues, general questions and during our moving out process. If they weren't available, their Belvoir colleagues were just as helpful when needed. As first-time tenants, the processes of moving in and moving out were made simple and easy, particularly in what was a tough time with Covid restricting aspects like viewings, etc. The online maintenance reporting system was also really easy to use and, as previously mentioned, the team at Belvoir were always quick to get back in touch and help arrange to sort any issue we had reported. Should we look to rent or buy again in the future, Belvoir will certainly be top of our 'letting agents list'. Thanks again, Jack and Alicia

I applied for many places to rent, but as I am coming from Canada after being away for 13 years, many Agencies were rude, abrupt and simply ignored my applications. Then I found Belvoir.
