GoogleThe moving in process was smooth and easy, however there were numerous faults with the property which I've had to contact the Belvoir Maintenance team about (faulty blinds, washing machine not working, fridge freezer door breaking among other things). One of the responses from Belvoir was rather dismissive of my problem, suggesting it was user error rather than a genuine problem and therefore delaying the resolution.

GoogleSo far so good! Only been with Belvoir for a month but have had nothing but great service so far. Had a couple of teething problems with the house and these have been sorted out quickly due to Jade in particular being very proactive and following things up quickly. I would definitely recommend Belvoir for their professionalism, friendliness and making you feel at ease.

GoogleHaving booked a viewing of a flat with this company, we turned up to said viewing to find out it had been cancelled, completely unbeknownst to me. Not an email or a phone call. It wouldn’t have been such an issue had we not driven 4 hours from London especially to view a property with this agent. Beware of their communication and maybe, just maybe double check a viewing the day before if you do decide to use them. It shouldn’t be the clients job but it will definitely save you time and effort.

GoogleWe've been renting with Belvoir for the last year and a half with no issues. Although they have quite high criteria for accepting new tenants (thorough checks of income, proof of rights to remain in UK, etc), the quality of service is extremely high, and for us the office was right next to our flat which was very helpful. We had a lettings agent assigned to us, Jade, who was a star - any query we had, big or small, was chased up by her very quickly and always in a kind and professional manner. She was accepting of any difficulties we had, and provided lots of information on processes for move out and move in. Would recommend!

GoogleI’ve rented with Belvoir for over 5 years and on the few occasions I have needed repairs they have been attended to quickly and to abhigh standard. The team are very friendly and engaging and are committed to provide solutions that fit with busy lifestyles which is a huge help, especially when you live alone.

Direct reviewsI rented an apartment through Belvoir for a year. They were really helpful when showing me round and brilliant when we signed for the place. I have had nothing but good experiences and was gutted when I had to move out of the flat. They were very respectfully about arranging viewings to suit my schedule and kept me up to date the whole time. A great experience moving on from working with Student housing which has left me unsure about estate agents but Belvoir has changed my mind about this!

GoogleAs a property management company, they have served both myself and tenants exceptionally well. Resolving maintenance issues quickly and ensuring I was compliant in my legal responsibility towards my tenants. They also have been personally supportive during family illness and I trusted them to look after the tenants needs sensibly. In that they sorted minor issues while keeping me informed, only contacting me in more out of the ordinary circumstances. After my bereavement, they were happy to communicate with me more often; we returned to our previous level of contact. GoogleMy partner and I have rented with Belvoir at Victoria Mills for just over a year now. They have been fantastic from viewing the property right through to moving out. Whenever we've had a problem it's been sorted quickly and efficiently. If it wasn't for the current pandemic we would still be there, unfortunately that's not the case but we definitely rent with them in the future and I would highly recommended them to anyone :)

GoogleBelvoir were brilliant. I was a tenant with Belvoir for 2 and a half years and never had any problems. They were swift on move in, and any issues we had along the way were resolved promptly. The communication was great, and any queries or issues we had were responded to in a good time. I had some average service from other letting agents through University, so moving here for work meant that belvoir was truly the first great service I have received from a letting agent.
