Extremely poor experience. Belvoir were consistently slow and unresponsive, and the handling of my deposit was particularly disappointing. They waited until the very last day of the deadline to submit their proposed deductions, unnecessarily prolonging the process and leaving me waiting for my own money. For a relatively small amount, the amount of chasing and hassle was completely unreasonable. I found the whole process dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not recommend Belvoir to any tenant.

Belvoir are just simply the best! The staff are so friendly, polite, caring and do anything they can to help. In particular, a young man called Harry, he's professional, well mannered, knows his job well, and enjoys a bit of banter. Whenever a problem arises, he always makes sure the job gets done quickly and takes good care of his clients. Belvoir have been the best estate agents I have had and would recommend them. Everyone at Belvoir is lovely and incredibly helpful. First time tenant so very unsure of the process but Katie and Emily made it very easy. I got viewings within a week of calling. The viewings were at my own pace and very thorough in comparison to other letting agents. There was no pressure in the process and they answered all queries and addressed a small concern within the property. They've helped me since with further queries and have been a pleasure to deal with.

I had to relocate urgently due to the requirement of work and Belvoir staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient from the beginning. They booked an appointment for the property viewing on the same day I first inquired. Emily was very informative on prior and during the viewing and answered all inquires I had. From there until the signing of the tenancy agreement to handover of keys, Emily was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Would recommend Belvoir to anyone without a doubt. Very attentive and professional services rendered by them and the property is absolutely worth every penny!

Glenn and his team at Belvoir Otley have been the only estate/letting agent to have ever been fantastic at their job in every aspect. I let my house with them for many years and received exceptional, personal service. They made my life easier and my property was always rented. When I came to sell it at the end of 2019, they supported me well and made the process seamless. I couldn’t have asked for more on a professional basis. We have been letting with Belvoir since Nov 2017. The initial interaction was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure from the agent from the outset. We let a lovely 2 bedroom apartment and the only reason for leaving was to buy our own property with outdoor space. Had we not wanted to do that we would have been happy to stay. It was a very easy let, the occasional inspection which was not inconvenient at all. We had the odd occasion to have some repairs done but the reporting process was simple and the work done in a timely manner Upon leaving the property basic cleaning standards were expected (as normal) and the inspection was arranged at a convenient time. All in all the experience with the Belvoir team has been very positive and would recommend them

I'm not a big fan of letting agents on the whole but Belvoir has changed my opinion completely! They not only look after their landlords but their tenants too :-) My personal experience with Belovir was with one of their agents, Jade, who sensed my distress re: the delivery of a replacement sofa that was tiny in comparison to its predecessor. Jade liaised with the delivery company and the landlord and managed to secure me a larger sofa! Can you believe it??? I am very happy with the service provided with Belvoir and hope to continue to work with them in the future whether it be in sales or lettings.

Belvoir Review I came to property letting some 6 years ago engaging Belvoir to mange for me, the advice and direction offered by Belvoir has been central to the success of the project, many thanks to Glen. Belvoir has given professional help and knowledge across all things. Problems encountered on the way including structural and regulatory requirements have been handled smoothly and cost effectively. Maintaining an amicable bridge with tenants ensuring that things do not escalate. The whole team has been helpful and good to communicate with, shouldn’t mention names but Amie and Sarah have kept me supplied with statements and bills efficiently not forgetting Harry who has managed what to me are large items for example roof replacement, rewire and complete decoration with ease, not to mention speed. I have the situation now of selling a property and have had no hesitation in engaging Belvoir to manage the full sale. I would recommend Belvoir to any one considering renting out for the first time and the more hardened larger property owner.

After viewing the property, we then put forward our interest and they took the holding deposit the same day as the viewing! This then stopped any other people seeing the property. Amber then worked with both me and my partner, and helped us to complete the referencing needed, as well as the credit checks. Amber was very professional about it all, and I loved working with her. Misleading conduct: Unprofessional, cancel viewings with extremely short notice when they get offers. Also they run late on viewings & do not call tenant to let them know. On the same day of confirming a viewing, 2 hours later told it was cancelled as an offer had been accepted. Messed around, misled & wasted time.
