FacebookI can wholeheartedly recommend Fenwicks. We chose them to sell our house as I was very impressed with how professional & friendly they were when I went to view a property they had on the market. They certainly know their stuff! The house we were selling was of a non-standard construction but the leaseholders all own a share of the freehold. Fenwicks were the only estate agents who fully understood this. We also didn't feel like our property was just another one on the conveyor belt & as an added bonus our house sold within 6 hours! Nothing was too much trouble for them & their communication was faultless. So a huge 'Thank You' to Julie, Dean & the rest of the team!

GoogleWe sold a property in Stubbington last year (2020) during the height of the pandemic. At one point we had to move to the midlands and left the property solely in the hand of the staff at Lee. They were brilliant even going in one day to collect post and read the meters, can't says enough to thank them all.PositiveProfessionalism
