GoogleFenwicks helped me with both my house sale & new purchase. All staff are very helpful but especially Matt & Chrissy. Chrissy did a lot of chasing up to my solicitors which was a god send. Will definitely use this company again & would recommend them .

GoogleFrom the first meeting when Douglas visited to meet us at our property you instinctively knew that they were a cut above other Estate Agents in the area . The prospectus for sale was expertly put together . The property went on sale exactly as instructed . From then on the viewings were handled with feedback and ultimately resulted in a sale . The fee charged was very competitive . The flow of information along the way was always good from the Sales progressor . Well done Fenwicks and thank you.

GoogleI recently had to sell my Mother-in Laws flat for her as she went into a nursing home. I contacted Fenwicks at Lee-on-the-Solent as they were the agents used for the purchase. The staff were so professional and produced a first class sales package. That was in July 2022 and we had a buyer quiet quickly after a couple of viewings. The buyer was quiet fussy and asked lots of questions and he seemed happy. His solicitor was not and in the end the the process collapsed on the day of exchange to the amazement of all concerned. The team quickly got the property back on the market and it sold really fast with completion taking place in July 23, a whole year after it was put on the market. The staff, all of them them, were very helpful, even through the bad times and I can’t thank them enough for helping me in a very stressful time for the family.

The agency were an absolute delight to work with, from the very first call to view the property right until the final phone-call of collecting the keys. They successfully brought to end a very long and stressful first time buyer search in a frantic market! They were extremely professional and reassuring which kept me calm. They kept us up to date from the very beginning and the excellent communication continued throughout the purchase. I would absolutely recommend Fenwick's Lee on-the-Solent branch to anyone purchasing or selling. If I ever move in the future, they would be my first call. A special mention to Katie who was highly professional and friendly from the moment I met her. And as well to Ellie too for keeping us up to date throughout. We cannot thank you both enough for what you've done for us and the service we had. Highly recommend.

FacebookMy Mum was selling her house in Fareham in Hampshire where I was living with her back in June 2020 and we went through the Fareham office where we had Pamela Tovey take on our property. Due to a number of very difficult circumstances going on in our lives at the time, we had some urgency to get my mum’s house sold. So a reliable, proactive, caring and professional estate agent was a priority and I can honestly say we were NOT disappointed. Our property went on the market on the Monday and by the Tuesday we had a day full of viewings due to Fenwicks’s excellent advertising of our property which showed it at its absolute best both with wording and photos. We got great offers on our property and we had a reliable buyer right from the start. Cutting a long story short, due to our personal circumstances it was a very stressful journey selling our property but Pamela and the Fenwicks team could not have been more on that journey with us!! They were absolutely amazing!! Proactive, caring, supportive, genuinely cared about our needs to sell our property and to say they went to every length to make sure we achieved the sale of our house is an understatement! Thanks to Pamela and her phenomenal and passionate team, we sold our house in the same year and we are now living happily in the county of Devon which we love! We have recently sold our house with them and it has been a rollercoaster of a journey from start to finish with Covid, problems with the chain and with on-line solicitors. Through it all, Pamela and her team have been so supportive. Sharon, Keith and Jacob are always helpful and attentive when you ring with any queries and Pamela has kept in constant contact, providing us with updates and acting as a welcome sounding board for our concerns and worries. It was such a joyful moment when we shared the news of our long-awaited exchange of contracts and I think the team were just as relieved and pleased as were.
