I live miles away and they were so helpful when dealing with the property, I really felt that nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always so good when I rang them. GoogleI was actually a buyer of a property being sold by John Goodwin in Ledbury. I was part of a very flaky chain, and found Sarah at John Goodwin incredibly helpful, cheerful and supportive during an incredibly trying time. She went out of her way to help me with suppliers I needed before committing and generally kept me up to date without fail. It's no exaggeration that the whole deal might have fallen apart without her proactive involvement on behalf of her client. This firm seems to know how to find helpful, friendly people that go above and beyond - Sam, a colleague of Sarah's is cut from the same cloth. If only all estate agents were made this way!

Even when the conveyancing process presented challenges, their approach helped to smooth the inevitable bumpy road. GoogleJohn Goodwin provided an excellant service in selling my mother's house in Ledbury, especially so as the sale went through smoothly and the team kept me informed every step of the way. Add to this the fact I the team at John Goodwin found buyers within a couple of days and had to step in on a number of occassions to allow access to the property for surveyors, tradesmen etc as I live over 80 miles away.
