Incredibly professional and efficient. I'm a landlord with properties in and around Bookham and can't recommend Sarah Rigby and her team highly enough. They work with pace, tick all the boxes to ensure everyone is compliant and keep everyone informed regularly. I've used a number of different agents for letting but can only speak positively about my experiences with Patrick Gardner.

Thank you so much, you’ve all been a joy to deal with. You all made what is recognized to be one of the most stressful things to do in life, a much easier time to get through. Additionally your extra help once I moved to my new house in another county and left the Bookham property empty, meant I could move knowing someone was keeping an eye on things and would facilitate sorting out any problems. It's also meant I've had nearly 3 months head start on settling into the new house and community properly, which would not have been possible without Patrick Gardner. Estate Agents often get a poor reputation or they used to in the past, but if Patrick Gardner is anything to go by I have no idea why. Thank you all once again, you were greatly appreciated.

I have recently rented a property through Patrick Gardner and the service has been amazing! All the staff on the lettings team have been so supportive and quick to respond. It was lovely to move in and have a New Home card from them waiting and a welcome box with lots of useful goodies and vouchers! I have had such a bad experience with my previous letting agent, it was great to see that not every agency is the same, and some even go the extra mile.

This was my first house move in 42 years and as I am a newcomer to the area, having moved from North London, I was very reliant on the estate agent to provide me with accurate and reliable information that went beyond the mechanics of the house purchase. They have a wealth of local knowledge and offer true customer care, right on the high street. Very disappointed with the service provided. Once we had sold (on the first day), there was hardly any follow up. No checks on progress, no updates, no advice. We had to chase for information and that was often wrong. Really didn't appreciate being told by a member of staff that they were "too busy" to provide regular updates. Would not recommend.
