GoogleI am not a client but recently bought a property through them.I used a solicitor they recommended called DC Law from Liverpool. They are the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. The provided shocking customer service and took 5.5 months to complete the transaction. Shame on C & W in recommending them and no doubt getting a kick back, given they know full well of the appalling service provided. So do NOT use DC Law under any circumstances!

GoogleWe were selling a property as part of probate so needed an approach that everyone involved could have confidence in. The best offers approach seemed to meet our needs as it meant we could genuinely see what the market was for the property and it had a clear timeline. Over the marketing period there about 60 viewings and we received several offers. The approach made the decision making much easier.

After the sale of the house went through I was given a conveyancing quote from them with a breakdown of costs of Conveyancing Fees £1,254.00 inc a £25 deposit.In literally one day of being contacted by their legal team the cost became £2,638.86 with another deposit required of £344.66I need no mortgage and very little in the way of legal guidance however Cubit and West are very misleading with this and I would urge anyone not to feel pressured in to using their legal team and seek an independant conveyancer
