In a nutshell, their sales tactics are to massively overvalue your property, to the tune of about 10-15% more than any other agent, in order to get you excited, just so that you sign up with them. Then 3-4 months later, after it hasn’t sold, they will tell you to drop your asking price. This is all premeditated from the outset, dishonest.

Selling the home of my elderly mother in order to move her closer to family after she had lived there for 50 years (and during a pandemic) was a daunting prospect. The team at Sheldon Bosley Knight was brilliant from the initial consultation and valuation with Andrew right through to completion. In terms of showing the house and dealing with feedback and offers, they were well organised and communicated everything clearly. They helped us deal with the restrictions required by the pandemic and gave us plenty of warning of showings. Most of all, they came across as genuine and helpful and didn't try to push us into making decisions we might regret later. Where SBK really came into their own was in the time between accepting the offer and completion. I honestly think I would have gone crazy without Norma keeping the lines of communication open and explaining the reasons for delays and where we were in the process. She was the one who kept in touch with the buyers, solicitors, and our seller\'s estate agent, even when things didn't seem to be moving forward, and made sure I wasn't tearing my hair out in frustration. During the final week before the move, there was a lot of confusion and dates being changed with us stuck in the middle trying to accommodate everybody, and it was Norma who was the voice of reason and calm and even helped me find a removal company who could help. Once you contact them forget that you born as a human being. You are an object. they dont care what issues their flat causes because they lied to you from the very start. 10 out of 10 customer of theirs hates them! 5 star reviews probably bought and far away from the true. Most unfriendly agency I ever met. Keep away from them! Seriously! They made my lifetime shorter by a year that is for sure. When I said I can show the issues of this flat they did not care. I am extremely impressed by SBK Leamington Spa, the entire lettings process has been wonderfully smooth and all interactions with SBK’s Marc & Faye have been an absolute pleasure! I cannot recommend them highly enough (and I qualify that statement by personal experience of other managing Agents) Having a property to let, I had arranged back to back meetings to review the services of 6 different local managing agents so that I could compare and contrast their service offerings. After conducting meetings with all of my chosen Agents, I was absolutely resolute on selecting SBK Leamington Spa to let and manage my property after meeting with Marc & Faye! Not only were Marc and Faye incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough and flexible - but they were also extremely warm and friendly people, approachable, helpful and most importantly, proactive. I engaged SBK ‪at 10:00‬AM and by midday the property was photographed and marketed online - and I must add that the photos they took are gorgeous! We received excellent service from Knight and Rennie when they sold our home, we were always kept fully informed, given sound advice and nothing was too much trouble, making what can be a stressful process that little bit easier. Knight and Rennie also managed the letting on our property and again their service was second to none, communication between myself and all the staff was good, they dealt with every issue promptly and above all fairly. I would definitely recommend Knight and Rennie to anyone looking for a trustworthy service.

whoever has given this estate agent five stars should hear about my experience. I've called and e-mailed them to discuss putting my prperty on the market. No call back, no acknowledgment. I called into the Kenilworth office and my details were written down. no response, I've seen a property I am really keen on, which is being marketed by KR so again I called into the Kenilworth office. The blonde disinterested girl working int here firstly denied that KR were marketing the property. She did not suggest I try the Leamington Office, however I asked her to check. She disappeared to the back of the office came back and said "oh yeah.. right... it is Leamington". I asked for a brochure only to be told they don't have one, so I suggested they could send one to me. This was three weeks ago. Still no sign of it. So thanks, KR, I expect I have no chance now of selling and buying with you in time. I don't even know why there is not a chance to give KR a 0/5 because quite frankly that is all they are worth.

After four weeks that my son was looking for a house to rent, I went from Spain to help him to find it. I visited many agents in Leamington and the houses that they show me were not what I wanted. We were very nervous because the university had started and we didn't have a house. Somebody told me about Knight & Rennie. I went there and met Tamara. I have used Knight & Rennie Estate Agents on a number of occasions over the past few years. As well as being competitively priced, compared to others (even in the Leamington Spa area) it is a different order of magnitude in terms of Common Sense; Maturity; Helpfulness; and Experience. Having had our house on the market over the years with other agents we were struck with how different Knight & Rennie are from the rest. It really felt as though the staff cared; their passion for wanting to sell the house was clear from the outset and their enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to doing so never faltered throughout the process. Our situation was quite an unusual one and Oliver, in particular, understood it completely. We had more viewings than we ever had with previous agents with very clear and helpful feedback after each one, whereas other agents just kept us guessing! The sales particulars were stunning with beautiful photographs taken of the property. Above all, we were impressed by the very obvious fact that Oliver, Victoria and everybody there goes out of their way to help their clients and do the best by them; a quality I feel is sadly lacking in other agents. I cannot speak highly enough of Knight & Rennie - I've already recommended them to anyone I know who is thinking of moving home and wouldn't hesitate to keep on recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Knight & Rennie for making our extremely difficult and stressful situation rather more bearable - without you, we would still be in our old house!!
