Make sure you check your legal packs especially around boundaries on new properties. The implications of our experience took 2 years to sort and thousands of pounds.

Most of the times Peter Clarke was helpful, trying to speed paperwork and solicitors actions, but sometimes putting unnecessary pressure on buyers/sellers...As a first time buyer I must say I didn't get the best advise in terms of build quality/risks/potential repairs from the agency.
Thank you for your feedback Adrian. We are sorry you felt you were not advised in the best way. We rather hope that surveyors will advise accordingly on build quality, potential repairs etc as they have more expertise in this area than we do, but we will certainly try and learn from this.
