GoogleDon't know where to start really, there is no option for a NO STAR RATING..... no care for their customers at all, we have had 3 years of the most unbelievable shoddy workmanship ever. Our house is now worse than when we moved in because of bad work done on the property, we have noted everything with our landlord so he knows its not our fault. Our floor has now been left in an unusable state for 13 weeks due to a leak left by one of their contractors...please don't be tempted to use these people we are starting to think they are corrupt and its all a scam!

GoogleExtremely poor customer service. I will not recommend using their service. Poppy Wilkens -Letting agent was extremely rude and lacked professionalism. I requested her to wait for 10 minutes as my meeting aligned simultaneously. She was not ready to wait (according to her, she would waste her time) or provide me another time slot.

GoogleMe and my partner went through newmans to rent a property, they were not helpful we had to call them all the time to see how our application was going, a woman who worked there was rude to me over the phone all because I called as we never got informed about anything.
Happy to say we did not continue with newmans and even the landlord we were going to rent from has ended using them as they Didn't even bother telling her we were no longer going through with the move (she found out 3weeks later as she contacted us)
DO NOT GO TO NEWMANS
Moving by itself is stressy and looking for a place to rent/buy is too but the estate agents are the ones that are meant to help you through it...Newmans will not.

GoogleWas a tenant for more than two years with prompt rent and the place was returned in better condition than i moved in. Newmans tried to abstract some of my deposit due to a water stain which was caused by a leak. This was disappointing as apart from that I was happy with them (even though the place i rented was meant to have parking when in actual fact it didn't.) Thanks to the deposit scheme my monies was returned minus more charges/fee's from newmans. Play it fair newmans and its a 5 star.

GoogleI've dealt with Brendan and the team on numerous occasions through purchase and lettings and have always found them to be efficient, courteous and experts in their area.

GoogleVery unprofessional service. Preparing to move, we gave them a key of the house as they complained they were loosing clients because of us (we have a normal work schedule so when they were asking us to be at home at 10.00am or 2.00pm during week days to let people in we would say no - because we were at work). We asked only to be informed when they had visits scheduled so we could prepare the rooms. Not once did they do that and more than that, we had to change the lock upon leaving as an agent broke a key in the lock trying to enter and blocked the front door (we had to use the back door for entering the house). Of course they denied doing anything wrong...

GoogleMy wife and I have recently gone through the unpleasant experience of buying a property in Leamington Spa.
With both of us working full time, and also on a Saturday morning, we were dismayed to find that nearly all of the estate agents in Leamington (and Warwick) closed at the very time that we were available to talk to them, particularly as we have a 120 mile round trip to get to Leamington.
As ‘cash’ buyers with no chain we were horrified to find that this was the rule rather than the exception. How pleased we were when we found, by chance, that Newmans in Leamington actually opened on a Saturday afternoon and appeared to want to help us. We identified a number of properties that we would like to view as well as several others with other estate agents. Again we were very disappointed that
1. They were not prepared to do viewings outside of their ‘convenient’ (sic) hours
2. Were totally disinterested in the fact that we had no chain and were basically cash buyers
3. When we asked how could people in full-time employment buy a property when as soon we were available to see any the Estate Agents quickly shut up shop the only answer we got was ‘Why not take holiday to come across....’
We had the experience of Tom in the Leamington office of Newmans. He was the complete opposite of this! Not only did he work on a Saturday afternoon but it appeared to us that all he wanted to do was help us rather than hinder us in our search. I can honestly say that he was the only person from any estate agent ( we had no dealings with other people at Newmans...) there that we dealt with who actually understood that it was about selling properties to customers, and how to go about it!
Having decided to buy a property through Newmans, not a difficult decision when the other properties we were interested in had no estate agent interested enough to put themselves out for us for extra viewings etc., Tom then had the audacity to actually keep us meaningfully informed of progress, expedited some important matters on our behalf and ensured that the whole process was relatively stress free and pleasant.
Our thanks on to Tom in the Leamington office for his help, support and work in our purchase. It’s a credit to Newmans as well, as amongst some appalling estate agents in the area, your Leamington office seems to actually have their customers in mind when they try and sell properties.

GoogleI used Newman to sell my home after trying with another agent who faied to get me a result. After two weeks, they held an open house after their marketing wizardry! They had 16 people view my home and I got £22,000 over the asking price. Amazing....I particularly liked the Virtual Reality Viewing they constructed and the Drone footage. Thank you Newman - we love our new home!!!

GoogleThese estate agents deal in bad faith . They do not seem to understand the concept of business ethics.
If you make an offer and accept be vary wary as there is a high chance that they will change the terms of the offer as they did with me .
Do not be honest with these people as they take advantage of it and "milk" you.

GoogleAvoid. Horrible company to deal with. Had several issues at the property and been reported few times - but never sorted.
On leaving property - got charged nearly nearly £100 for cleaning services (property was left spotless) and another nearly £100 for moving out.
Then they wouldn't give reference to another company unless you pay them.
Never again. Avoid.

GoogleI received a letter from Newman sales and lettings today that had had no postage paid. I had to go to the post office to go an pay for the postage myself. I've had no dealing with this company other than this so effectively i just paid for my own junk mail.
